Erez Dror is the Co-Founder and CEO of Genda (a Buildots company), a construction technology platform that provides real-time insights to optimize site operations, enhance safety, and reduce inefficiencies. With a career that began as a construction worker and evolved through field management and BIM project leadership, Dror combines hands-on industry experience with a passion for data-driven process improvement.

Prior to founding Genda, he served as Project and BIM Manager at Tidhar Group, where he led large-scale projects and drove BIM implementation, and earlier as a structural engineer at S. Engel Engineers Ltd.. His early career included roles as an assistant superintendent at Ortam Sahar Engineering and a team leader at Mogli Design and Construction.

Dror holds an M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology (with honors, specializing in BIM and Lean Construction) and a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev (with highest honors).
