Derrick Morse is the Founder and CEO of Rugged Robotics, a venture-backed startup developing intelligent automation for commercial construction. A professional engineer with more than 12 years of experience across engineering, construction, and B2B services, his background includes strategy consulting as an Engagement Manager in Samsung’s Global Strategy Group and earlier work as a fire protection engineer and building code consultant at R.W. Sullivan Engineering. He began his career as a research engineer at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory and holds degrees from MIT Sloan and Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
